Established clients can continue to book sessions online.

New clients can now schedule a free 15-minute consultation online. This helps us ensure a good fit and securely adds your information to our system.

Step 2: Complete Intake Paperwork Online

After your consultation is scheduled, you’ll receive a secure link to complete all intake forms and consent documents—quick, easy, and entirely online.

Step 3: Meet Virtually via Secure Video

At your scheduled time, you’ll meet with your provider through a HIPAA-compliant, secure video platform using any device with a camera.

Step 4: ePrescriptions, If Needed

If medication is part of your treatment plan, it will be electronically sent to your preferred local pharmacy.

Step 5: Schedule Your Follow-Up

After your session, we’ll work with you to schedule ongoing care—whether weekly, monthly, or as needed—to support your goals.
